Privacy Policy

Last updated: 17 August 2026

Cindy collects nothing. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising, and no server behind this app. Everything you record stays on your device. No data ever leaves it, and the developer never sees any of it.

Who we are

Cindy is developed by Devpool, an independent software company based in France. If you have a question about this policy, write to support@devpool.fr.

Data we collect

None. Cindy has no sign-up, no login, and no user profile. The app does not embed any analytics, crash reporting, advertising, or tracking SDK, and it makes no network requests of any kind.

Your workout data

Your sessions, round counts, split times and settings are saved locally on your device using Apple's on-device storage. This data is not transmitted anywhere. If you have iCloud backup enabled for your device, your local app data may be included in your own encrypted Apple backup, which is governed by Apple's privacy policy and is not accessible to us.

Deleting the app removes this data from your device.

Apple Health

Cindy can connect to Apple Health, and only if you explicitly grant permission. This connection is entirely optional and the app works fully without it.

When enabled, the app:

Health data is read and written on your device only. It is never sent to any server, never shared with third parties, never used for advertising, and never used for any purpose beyond showing you your own results inside the app. It is not used for marketing and is not shared with data brokers.

You can revoke this access at any time in the Health app, under Sharing, Apps, Cindy. You can also turn the sync off inside the app's Settings.

Third parties

Cindy uses no third-party services, SDKs, or hosted components. The only external party involved is Apple, which processes your purchase and app download under Apple's own privacy policy. We receive only anonymous aggregate sales figures from Apple, which contain no personal information about individual buyers.

Children

Cindy is a general-audience fitness app and is not directed at children under 13. Since the app collects no data at all, no personal information from children is ever gathered.

Your rights

Regulations such as the GDPR and CCPA grant you rights to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data a company holds about you. Because Cindy stores nothing outside your own device and we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to retrieve, disclose, or erase. You remain in full control: your data lives on your device, and deleting the app deletes it.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date above. Any change that would involve collecting data would be announced in the app before it takes effect.
